Hi, I’m Bob Lucido
You’re probably here because you know of me from the real estate world. Real estate is definitely a huge part of my life. I got into the industry when I was 18, and have been selling real estate ever since…for the last 46 years.
Real estate is one of my passions. I sell a lot of it. Throughout my career, my companies have sold over 44,000 properties. In 2021 my team, Lucido Global, sold 2,886 units and over $1.2 billion in sales. Today we have over 45 Lucido Global locations in the U.S. and Canada, and are growing to bring the Lucido Difference to more markets every day.
I live by Tony Robbins’ CANI principle — Constant And Never-ending Improvement. I strive to be the best me I can be. I’m always identifying areas for improvement, working on ways to be better, and taking action to implement them in my daily activities. I think everyone needs a coach - I have numerous coaches myself, and I’m also passionate about coaching others to be the best they can be.
Before anything else, I’m a husband and dad. I am so grateful for my faith and my family — my wonderful wife Tracy, and the beautiful lives each of our three chidren are living and building.

Family comes before real estate, and I’m blessed to have an incredible wife and partner - Tracy, and three incredible children – Lauren, Robert, and Jonathan. We wouldn’t be complete without our german shepherds – Mazza (Lauren’s dog) and Cobi.
