"I live by Tony Robbins' CANI principle. Constant And Never-ending Improvement every day of my life."

-Bob Lucido

I grew up as an athlete and I’ve been competitive my whole life. I played football, basketball, and baseball in high school. I went to college for baseball, before I realized that I wasn't going to make it to the major leagues. So I came back home and focused on my career. Real estate is my sport now.

Just like you need a coach in sports, you need a coach in business. And you need a coach in life.

I'm passionate about coaching others --- I coached all 3 of my kids in their sports...until their skills surpassed mine...and then I coached them mentally. I'm proud to say they each became top athletes in their sport.

  • My daughter Lauren was a DI tennis player at Bucknell who broke 4 school records, was a 2-year team captain, and graduated as the winningest player in the history of Bucknell Tennis.

  • My son Robert played baseball, and was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays and played for their farm team and the Texas Rangers farm team.

  • My son Jonathan played DIII baseball at Gettysburg College and was captain of his team.

Now I coach my team and my partners. I have private coaching sessions with my agents. I love success stories, and I love seeing my partners grow and evolve with my help.

I enjoy sharing my insight -- my wins and more importantly, my losses -- with others so they can learn from them.

I've been selling real estate for over 45 years, and I've failed more times than you can believe. I've paid the dummy tax on a lot of things, and when I speak to other agents, I'm very candid about my losses and lessons.

I travel around the country to speak to agents and brokers for regional and national events of all kinds. If you're interested in having me speak at your event, click below to submit a request.

IF YOU WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS BUSINESS, YOU NEED TO GO BELLY-TO-BELLY FACE-TO-FACE.”
