I’ve founded multiple companies in different areas of the industry — property management, new home sales & marketing, and residential brokerage. Together with my wife Tracy, I own and lead one of the top real estate teams in the world, Lucido Global. We have over 45 locations in the U.S. and Canada with over 300 team members. In 2021 Lucido Global sold $1.2 billion and 2,886 units.
Unlike many other team owners at this level, I am still actively selling. I work with my wife Tracy, and we personally sell about 250 homes a year. My specialty is working with sellers of residential and luxury properties. I’m a skilled, expert negotiator and I take pride in representing my clients at the highest level.
Because I’m actively selling, I’m extremely in-tune to the market. I’m able to coach my team on real-time market changes at a high level, which is another one of my strengths and passions.
