How my journey began

Hi, I’m Bob Lucido. My passion is helping people maximize their investments in real estate. Whether selling a primary residence or purchasing an investment property, I love coaching and helping others generate wealth through real estate. My specialty is working with sellers of residential and luxury properties. I’m a skilled, expert negotiator and I take pride in representing my clients at the highest level. 

I began my real estate career at age 18, and was one of the youngest people to obtain a Maryland license at the time. Over the past 45 years, I’ve helped thousands of people buy and sell homes in Maryland. I started out selling new homes. In 1991 I founded Builders First Choice, a new home sales and marketing company that grew to have offices in 5 states and employed over 300 people.

I began my resale career in 2008 when I started Bob Lucido Team with my wife Tracy and just a few agents. We’ve worked diligently to grow and expand our services and market reach. Today our team is one of the top real estate teams in the world. We have our own brokerage, Keller Williams Lucido Agency, and we serve the entire state of Maryland. We’ve also expanded to serve other markets, and have over 45 Lucido Global locations in 16 U.S. states and Canada. In 2021 our team sold $1.2 billion in sales, and helped 2,886 clients.
